My love of photography started with my parent's National Geographic collection back in the 1970's.
Every month I got to explore the world through the lenses of those photographers and what a rich and enlightening experience that was.
They made me understand the raw power of well crafted images, as well as, the ability of images to communicate that feeling of wonder about places, and things, and people.
I still have that childlike sense of enthusiasm to pick up my camera and go explore things. The art form is different and the means to communicate are tremendously different.....but the pure joy of it remains.
We have so many new opportunities to enrich our lives, educate others, and create visual projects that inspire.
It's an amazingly world out there.
Let's explore it!
